Back to School

The Upper Freehold Regional Education Foundation (UFREF) recently presented at the Back to School Night events at the elementary, middle and high schools.

We provided an update to the Bridging the Gap initiative and reviewed targeted donations sought as part of the 2011-2012 “Bridging the Gap” initiative. Additional topics included a call for trustees, event chair persons and volunteers. Click here for the presentation.

3rd Annual 5K and Fun Run

The Upper Freehold Regional Education Foundation (UFREF) was proud to host the 3rd Annual 5K run/walk and 1 mile children's fun run on Saturday, May 21, 2011. Thanks to all our supporters.

Bridging The Gap

Heading into the 2010-2011 school year, our district was faced with a $7.43 million reduction in our school district's budget. This resulted in the elimination of people, programs and activities.  "Bridging the Gap" was created to lessen the impact of the budget shortfall.
